My name is Skip Hall and I'm a 61 year old professional trainer and
athlete. I personally do everything I ask my clients to do and it works for
me at 61 and works for each of them at all different ages regardless if
they are male or female, housewives or budding athletes. I've worked
with people with severe injuries that others wouldn't and got good
results and I've worked with high school athletes that are now on a full
scholarship in part due to my workouts. The most amazing thing is that I
can see differences in my clients in a very short time. Many years ago
when I started training others I realized that they wanted what I did when
I started working out: To Look Better, Feel Better, Be Healthier,
Somewhat Stronger, and Increase Flexibility so that I didn't look and act
like I was a couch potato. I developed my workouts and techniques built
around those objectives using sound and healthy weight training
practices. They work for me - and they'll work for you.
Most clients schedule two sessions a week to begin with and some
later on will even add a third and often, fourth session a week. With two
sessions a week, you should start to see improvements very quickly
after the second month. Remember, you didn't get out of shape
overnight and you won't get back in shape overnight - but it shouldn't
take forever, either. I'll train you by showing you what to do and letting
you know why and what you are doing with each exercise. I can set up
your diet for maximum improvement (diet DOES NOT MEAN DO
WITHOUT) and suggest your Cardio and supplement program, too.
